Reservation and Payment
To finalize your flight reservation, you must make a deposit payment before the flight date. The remaining payment can be made in cash or by credit card when you come to our office on the day of the flight.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If you submit your cancellation request at least 72 hours before the date you made the reservation, the deposit you paid will be refunded to you in full.
- No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the date of the reservation.
- If the participant cancels their flight at their own request after reaching the flight area, no refund will be made.
General Conditions
- All participants who create a flight reservation are deemed to have accepted the cancellation and refund conditions, reserved rights and the participant agreement specified above.
- Our company reserves the right to cancel flights due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In such cases, the payments made will be refunded to the customer in full or can be postponed to a suitable date.
Peyment
You can make the remaining payment on the day of the activity. Our prices are for cash payments. Please bring your remaining payment in cash. A 5% price difference will be charged for credit card payments.
